SABURI DESIGNS is a made-to-order brand and each piece is made especially for you as per your color choice and size guidelines. Estimated dispatch time for each product is mentioned on the product page. 

Once ordered, you will receive an email confirming the details of the order – product(s) ordered and delivery time. All orders are made in-house and shipped from our Workshop in Bhandup West, West, 400078 Mumbai Maharashtra, India and will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

We ship worldwide using trusted delivery partners.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and link to shipment partner website for tracking. Your order can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. 

Please note that the current delivery timeline is 10-15 days for all Domestic Deliveries and 25-30 days International Deliveries. 

Shipping within India

We levy a minimal shipment fee for all orders within India through registered courier companies.

For deliveries within India, taxes and duties are included in the price of the products listed on the Webshop.

 International Shipping

International shipment fees will be borne by the customer and will be calculated and included in the final amount at the time of checkout depending on the destination/address.

For deliveries outside India, custom duties and local taxes are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. These have to be paid by the customer to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the Custom policies of your destination country.

Incase our shipping partner is unable to deliver the shipment due to non-receipt by consignee or incorrect contact details and address (as provided by the customer) and the shipment is returned to us in India, the cost of custom duties, local taxes and shipment return are to be paid by the customer.

Unforeseen Delays

Please note that our delivery timeline does not include unforeseen delays due to natural disasters, war, calamity, epidemic or situations outside of our control. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chain resumes smoothly when any of the above events have passed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
